I am not able to log in after entering my password and login three times.

• Answer: The Database system is secured. If you accidently enter your credentials more than three (3) times incorrectly then the system is automatically locked. Please contact technical support (empire@iba.muni.cz).

My colleague from another center/site would also like to join the registry EMPIRE. To whom she/he should send the email to?

• Answer: Please contact the HelpDesk of the EMPIRE Registry (empire@iba.muni.cz), they will approach the Project Manager of the registry.

Where can I find study documents such as Protocol of the EMPIRE?

• Answer: All files to download are available either on the registry website in section Background information or in the Database system ->Tools -> Help
