The first Czech IPF congress with a direct participation of an IPF patient
Postgraduate course Interstitial pulmonary processes.
The course entitled “Interstitial pulmonary processes” took place on 23 November 2015 in Prague and was intended to educate physicians about interstitial pulmonary processes, which also the include idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Organisers of the course would like to express their thanks to one IPF patient: an active participation of an IPF patient in an educational event for physicians can be considered as a breakthrough. The physicians need a feedback and patients should be their partners; in fact, treatment targets should be the same for physicians and their patients.
